Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct recruitment and selection processes. * Administer, control, and monitor the official Young Apprentice Program. * Draft official letters, declarations, and disciplinary warning notices. * Develop internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives. * Provide support to employees. * Prepare promotional items and environment decoration for internal endomarketing activities. * Administer, control compliance with, and maintain quotas (Quota Program for People with Disabilities). * Plan and conduct selection interviews. * Conduct onboarding for new employees. * Prepare managerial reports tracking HR performance indicators. * Support organizational development projects. * Conduct organizational climate surveys. * Performance evaluations. * Provide support on personnel administration matters. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in Recruitment & Selection; * Experience in Employee Management; * Knowledge of performance evaluation; Desirable Requirements * Proactivity; * Teamwork skills; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Conflict resolution and negotiation skills; * Dynamism; * Time management.
