Employment type: CLT. ️ What We’re Looking For: Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields, with specialization in Financial Administration, Financial Management, etc. Computer skills: Intermediate (proficient in Excel spreadsheets). Language: Portuguese and technical English; Experience: 1 year; Key essential job responsibilities (duties/tasks): Process accounts payable; Record and clear expenses; Perform bank reconciliation vs. paid accounts; Conduct collections; Organize and archive documents; Assist with accounting reconciliation; Prepare reports and mileage reimbursements for technicians on business trips; Communicate with technicians on business trips and verify mileage reports. Specific knowledge, certificates, and certifications required: Intermediate Excel; Knowledge of fiscal invoices (NF), electronic fiscal invoices (NF-e), and electronic service invoices (NFS-e); Knowledge of taxation systems is desirable. Essential personal characteristics for this role: A highly ORGANIZED professional profile is essential for this position. Must be able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and respond to inquiries. Must critically review accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
