




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and closing electronic timekeeping, resolving inconsistencies, and supporting employees with questions regarding working hours, operating in an environment with a high volume of staff. Experience in logistics and/or industrial operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and close electronic timekeeping; * Resolve timekeeping inconsistencies (absences, late arrivals, overtime, and time banks); * Support managers and employees with questions related to working hours and time registration; * Work in an environment with a high volume of employees. **Requirements** * Experience in HR department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation, especially regarding working hours, overtime, and time banks; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in large-scale companies; * Experience in logistics and/or industrial operations. **Work Location:** Itapecerica da Serra – SP Work Schedule / Rotation: Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
