




**Automation, scalability, and production reliability.** We are seeking a **Mid-Level DevOps Developer** to work semi-autonomously on backend system development and DevOps infrastructure support. We expect someone with an automation mindset, focused on reliability and accountable for production environments, capable of implementing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Here, you operate at the intersection of **code, infrastructure, and continuous delivery**, ensuring systems reach production with quality, performance, and stability. ? **Work location:** Belo Horizonte, Cuiabá, São Paulo, or **Remote** **Your responsibilities** Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems using **Python, Java, Node.js, or Go**, tightly integrated with DevOps practices. Translate functional requirements into **technical specifications**, supported by technical leadership. Work according to the defined architecture for **pipelines, environments, and infrastructure**, based on **Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform**. Implement and maintain **CI/CD pipelines**, using **GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins**. Apply best practices for **coding, testing** (JUnit, PyTest), **version control (Git)**, and automated deployment. Resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production bugs, with emphasis on **observability and reliability**. Monitor systems using **Prometheus, Grafana, and/or Datadog**. Participate in **code reviews, technical refinements, and agile planning**. Document systems, pipelines, and technical decisions in **Confluence, Wiki, or similar tools**. Actively contribute to the team’s **technical evolution**, sharing knowledge about infrastructure, automation, and backend development. **What we expect from you** Practical experience with **DevOps and backend development**.
