Job Summary: Responsible for executing control routines, asset movement, and closing procedures for the Fixed Assets (FA) module in Oracle ERP, including reconciliations and management reports. Support key users in operationalizing asset management routines Responsible for executing control routines, asset movement, and closing procedures for the Fixed Assets (FA) module in Oracle ERP. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute activities related to Fixed Assets department processes; * Execute monthly closing routines for the FA (Fixed Assets) module in Oracle ERP; * Perform accounting reconciliation of fixed and intangible asset accounts; * Provide support and assistance to FA module key users in operationalizing asset management routines; * Prepare and report management and support reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; Postgraduate degree in related fields; Experience in Asset Management / Asset Control; Proficiency with data extraction and analysis tools; Knowledge of accounting standards; Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with the FA (Fixed Assets) module in ERP systems.
