If you seek challenges, enjoy applying your knowledge in practice, and want to work within a **dynamic and forward-thinking team**, this opportunity is for you! **Your responsibilities in this role:** * Monitoring the Field Services request queue * Providing local and remote support for service requests within SLA timelines * Direct interaction with customers * Installation and repair of hardware and software for IT equipment and devices * Inspections and tests for preventive maintenance * Reporting the status of support cases to the Service Center, including notification of case closure * Conducting IT and telecommunications equipment inventories * Maintaining and organizing technical rooms and IT environments * Performing tests on offline cameras to restore service. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed high school education with relevant experience * Training in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, IT, or Telecommunications * Experience in Technical Support * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and microcomputer applications * Knowledge of CCTV systems and structured cabling * Availability to work on a 5x2 rotating schedule, **afternoon and/or night shifts**. **Preferred qualifications (a plus):** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, IT, or Telecommunications * Basic knowledge of network communications, telephony, and infrastructure Our selection process will be conducted online, including interviews with the Human Resources team and technical assessments.
