Main Responsibilities - Install, configure, and replace hardware equipment and components such as servers, storage systems, switches, and routers. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT infrastructure equipment. - Assemble, install, and test equipment in racks and Data Center environments. - Route, crimp, and identify structured cabling (UTP, fiber optic, and electrical cabling). - Analyze logs, conduct technical inspections, and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve failures. - Respond to incidents and service requests onsite within the Data Center environment. - Log, track, and update technical support tickets. - Organize and verify equipment, parts, and materials in the Data Center, ensuring order and environmental compliance. We provide sustainment services for servers, storage, backup, cloud, virtualization, and Data Center equipment—ensuring security, stability, and high availability for our clients’ systems, applications, and data. **Requirements and Qualifications** - Proven experience in Data Center environments and IT infrastructure. - Knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, switches, and routers. - Ability to route, crimp, and identify structured cabling (UTP, fiber optic, and electrical cabling). - Capability to analyze logs and perform troubleshooting for failure identification and resolution. - Organizational skills and attention to detail for equipment and material management. - Proactivity, responsibility, and strong communication skills. - Availability for onsite work in Belo Horizonte. - Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related field (desirable). - Certifications related to hardware, networking, or Data Centers (desirable). **Additional Information** - Meal allowance: R$ 50/day (including during vacations, no deductions – Swile card). - Health and dental plans with no monthly fee. - Transportation allowance / mileage reimbursement. - Birthday day off. - Education incentive (up to R$ 250/month after 6 months). - Life insurance. - Partnerships with TotalPass, Vittude, Mawdy, Sesc, and Senac
