Being DHL means developing your capabilities to the fullest.**Job Description** --------------------- Responsible for controlling vehicles within Mercado Livre sites, ensuring they remain organized and promptly comply with operational instructions; Support DHL and MELI Transportation teams with vehicle information and agreed-upon timelines to feed KPIs; The ability to work with attention to detail and safety standards is non-negotiable. Completed High School education; 2\. Knowledge of administrative routines.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Control vehicle entry and exit within specified time windows using the scheduling drive provided by Meli, to ensure ETA timing compliance. 2\. Monitor vehicle arrivals via telephone contact according to the schedule. 3\. Support gatehouse, dispatch, planning, customer, and other relevant teams in facilitating vehicle entry and exit processes. 4\. Supervise loading operations through communication with related departments and report potential delays. 5\. Contact drivers directly to ensure route execution. 6\. Guide drivers on-site, indicating the dock, internal procedures, and HSE rules for vehicle release. 7\. Report vehicle entry, loading start/end times via form to generate KPIs. 8\. Report incidents in real time to the DHL and Mercado Livre teams using the internal communication tool. 9\. Follow operational procedures and comply with DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
