




Job Summary: A professional to monitor statistical processes, track customer requirements, assist in cost reduction, and implement continuous improvements in production processes. Implementing improvements in processes and products **Responsibilities:** * Monitor statistical processes in the Axle, Crossmembers, Painting, Washing, and Stamping departments, contributing to the development and execution of corrective action plans; * Track specific customer requirements as well as routines and procedures of the Manufacturing Engineering department; * Assist in developing alternatives for cost reduction in low-complexity production processes; * Understand production line cycle times, identify potential deviations from planned targets, and propose, monitor, and evaluate corrective actions; * Apply technical knowledge to departmental activities and processes, focusing on continuous improvement and achievement of results; * Implement improvements in processes, products, or services to achieve consistent outcomes and ensure company asset safety. **Working Hours:** * 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM\. **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite This position is exclusively for candidates aged 18 years or older.
