Teamwork and focus on food safety The cook will be responsible for the daily preparation of menu dishes, ensuring quality standards, flavor, and presentation. On a daily basis, they will organize the kitchen, separate ingredients, perform pre-preparation, assemble dishes, monitor meat doneness, and oversee order dispatch in coordination with the front-of-house team. They will also ensure cleanliness of countertops, utensils, and equipment; follow food safety regulations; control waste; and assist in inventory organization. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work at the unit located in Betim, MG. **Qualifications** * Prior experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in restaurants, bars, or similar establishments. * Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food cutting, and dish plating. * Familiarity with good food handling practices, kitchen hygiene, and workplace safety. * Ability to work in a team, maintain good communication with colleagues, and perform effectively under pressure during peak hours. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, commitment to punctuality, and availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Preferred qualifications: experience with grilled items or ribs; professional gastronomy or culinary training. * Residency in Betim or surrounding areas Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
