




Job Summary: This operational role involves providing patient service at reception and in ultrasound exam rooms, encompassing various administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth patient care. Support for cardiological examinations and delivery of results **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM, Monday to Friday, and 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM on Saturday **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Provide patient service at reception and/or in ultrasound examination rooms. * Correctly implement patient safety procedures; * Accurately complete the TMA; * Welcome patients and register them in the system; * Request treatment authorization from health insurance providers and correctly complete billing forms; * Receive payment for private examinations, accurately complete discount documentation, and properly close the cash register; * Provide patients with invoices for private examinations; * Schedule, transfer, and cancel examinations as needed; * Request supplies from Clinux for the ultrasound examination room; * Proactively verify all supplies and equipment used in the ultrasound examination room; * Position patients on the examination table for examinations; * Type reports according to physician instructions; * Deliver ultrasound examination results; * Insert and remove equipment during cardiological examinations, correctly importing data into systems; * Provide patient satisfaction surveys. **Requirements:*** Education: Completed high school. * Technical knowledge and skills; * Basic Office Suite (Excel and Word) (practical test); * Customer service experience. * Experience in customer service within diagnostic imaging medical services; * Familiarity with the Clinux system; * Typing and writing skills (practical test). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Day Off, Transportation allowance
