Job Summary: Professional responsible for supporting and maintaining ERP systems for fuel stations and convenience stores, performing implementation, configuration, training, and error correction. Key Highlights: 1. Support and maintenance of specialized ERP systems 2. Software implementation and configuration, including user training 3. Integration with industry-specific equipment Maintenance and technical support of ERP systems tailored for fuel stations and convenience stores; Technical assistance and support to customers, helping them use the system and resolve queries; Software implementation, configuration, and user training; Integration with equipment and systems used in the industry, such as fuel dispensers, retail automation, TEF, NFC-e, and SAT; Error analysis and correction, testing, and continuous system improvements; Monitoring of customers' operational, tax, financial, and inventory routines; Remote and on-site support when required; Participation in ERP upgrade, customization, and enhancement projects; Technical ticket logging and tracking; Assistance in system parameterization according to customers' operational needs.
