Job Summary: Hospital da Baleia is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform tests, maintain quality records, evaluate results, and provide technical support in a hospital environment. We are looking for a **Laboratory Analyst** to work in the Clinical Laboratory. **Responsibilities:** * Perform technical area tests and quality records; * Verify, release, and enter test results; * Evaluate internal and external quality control results; * Monitor preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, as well as results and procedures; * Clarify registration and collection-related questions, and provide support to pathology technicians;\- Report critical test results; * Prepare quality documentation; * Provide technical support to laboratory technicians; * Train and qualify technical teams on procedures, regulations, documents, and all operational workflows; * Participate in collection and critical analysis of laboratory performance indicators; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or Biological Sciences with active professional registration. * Relevant experience in the role. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Location: Saudade Neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG. * Shift: 12x36 daytime, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Hospital da Baleia Shuttle Service; * Free Parking; * On-site Meals; * Flash Meal/Reimbursement Card; * UNIMED Health Plan – Unifácil; * Odontoprev Dental Plan; * Partnership with Drogaria Araújo; * CREDITAS Partnership; * SESC Partnership; * University Partnerships; * Exclusive Bazaar; * Birthday Day Off.
