Job Summary: An inside sales professional responsible for customer service, prospecting, relationship management, preparing commercial proposals, and sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and prospecting for new business 2. Maintaining relationships with active customers 3. Preparing commercial proposals and sales follow-up Responsibilities: * Provide customer service via phone, WhatsApp, email, or digital platforms * Prospect new customers and identify business opportunities * Maintain relationships with the active customer portfolio * Prepare and send commercial proposals * Track orders and post-sales activities * Update and maintain CRM system data * Work with performance targets and KPIs Requirements: * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) * Experience in inside sales or customer service * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Negotiation and persuasion skills * Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.) Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary + commission * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts Salary Range: R$1.918,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
