Job Summary: Responsible for managing fleet registration, documentation, maintenance, and monitoring, controlling costs and ensuring efficient vehicle usage. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle monitoring via GPS and performance analysis **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**: * Registering and updating fleet vehicle information, keeping the database current at all times; * Managing vehicle documentation—including licensing, insurance, IPVA, and inspections—to ensure compliance with current legislation; * Organizing and scheduling preventive maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle operation and prevent unexpected failures; * Monitoring fleet fuel consumption, conducting cost analyses, and identifying opportunities for optimization; * Controlling fleet operational costs, including maintenance, fuel, insurance, and other related expenses; * Monitoring vehicle utilization to ensure efficient usage and prevent waste or inappropriate use; * Tracking vehicles using GPS systems, monitoring location, routes, and usage; * Monitoring and evaluating vehicle performance by analyzing indicators such as downtime, travel time, driver behavior, and route deviations. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**: * Completed high school education; * Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday; * Proactive, organized, committed, flexible, resilient profile with strong teamwork skills; * Technical training in mechanics and knowledge of fleet management systems are considered advantageous. **BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US**: * Meal allowance of R$35.00 per day—flexible use, no payroll deduction; * Health plan: Unimed; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Pharmacy card: Excard worth R$300.00 (deducted from payroll only upon usage); * Life insurance; * Benefits club: Salary Fits; * Additional benefits including partnerships with universities and technical schools; * Partnership with Sesi Club; * Gym benefit: Total Pass.
