Develop and implement computerized systems by assessing system requirements and functionalities, specifying system architecture, selecting development tools, defining programs, coding applications, managing computerized environments, establishing standards, coordinating projects, providing user support, and performing other related duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide help desk support—both in-person and remotely—to all company branches; * Configure computers, services, and network infrastructure; * Create new user accounts for newly hired employees of GRUPO SA; * Respond to service requests from group subsidiaries according to ticket demand received via the GLPI system; * Draft preliminary designs for new IT infrastructure network projects aimed at new installations; * Evaluate new equipment for procurement to improve performance for requesting departments; * Configure all software used by GRUPO SA employees; * Conduct inventory and control of all purchase requests and expense reporting for the IT department; * Assess, record, and release all IT department purchase orders in the Protheus system; * Interface with other business units to map problems, identify solution opportunities, and manage technology services; * Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in the field to contribute to continuous improvement of company results; * Deliver services as required by supervisors and executive management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Work experience in industrial/factory environments; * Knowledge of networks, operating systems, hardware and software, and support tools; * Experience handling service tickets; * Knowledge of computer networking; * Experience implementing, improving, and supporting TOTVS Protheus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with and hands-on experience in Active Directory, firewalls, BitDefender, CCTV, Microsoft servers, and structured cabling.
