**PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST** – Dental Line (Materials and Equipment)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: To be negotiated

Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
Job Objective:
Manage procurement for the dental line (consumables, instruments, and equipment), ensuring optimal total cost of ownership (TCO), inventory availability, supplier standardization, and replenishment agility—focused on margin, turnover, and service level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute procurement for the dental line: consumables, instruments, PPE, disposables, equipment, and accessories.
* Conduct quotations, negotiations, technical/commercial alignment, and order finalization.
* Develop, qualify, and manage suppliers in the dental segment (pricing, lead times, SLA, quality, returns).
* Analyze inventory levels, stockouts, ABC classification, and turnover to define replenishment strategies, min/max levels, and reorder points.
* Monitor deliveries, pending items, discrepancies (invoice vs. purchase order), and coordinate resolution with suppliers/carriers.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Inventory, and Finance teams to align demand forecasts, promotions, and deadlines.
* Maintain master data and parameters: NCM code, unit of measure, description, packaging, lead time, standard price, and commercial terms.
* Prepare reports and control routines: savings, price variance, stockouts, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and purchase order backlog.
Requirements (Mandatory):
* Prior procurement experience (preferably in dental or healthcare sectors).
* Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS; basic dashboard knowledge).
* Familiarity with inventory control, lead time management, ABC analysis, and supply chain processes.
* Negotiation-oriented, organized, and results-driven profile.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired):
* Experience working with dental/hospital distribution companies.
* Knowledge of market brands and product lines: disposables, instruments, resins/cements, biosafety, equipment.
* ERP experience (master data maintenance, purchase orders, goods receipt) and procurement KPIs.
* Ability to review contracts/commercial terms (bonuses, promotional funds, returns, consignment).
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Stockout rate and service level (fill rate).
* Savings vs. baseline / price variance (sector-specific inflation).
* Inventory turnover and coverage (days).
* OTIF (on-time and complete delivery) per supplier.
* Discrepancy rate (purchase order vs. invoice / quality).

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract
