Job Summary: Work in the production process of the area, inspecting machines, raw materials, and customizing the production line, as well as performing part insertion/removal operations and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in the production process and line customization. 2. Verification and control of machine and tool operation. 3. Participation in continuous improvement programs. **Job Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Operation:** Manufacturing * Operate within the assigned production area, verifying the availability of machines/tools/jigs and required raw materials for manufacturing parts/molds, thereby customizing the production line according to the characteristics of the product being manufactured. * Monitor machine/tool/device operation during the production process by visually identifying non-conformities and promptly reporting irregularities to the immediate supervisor for necessary corrective actions. * Perform visual inspection and deburring of parts/molds using specific devices inherent to your area of operation when required, segregating and documenting non-conforming parts/molds to ensure compliance with established quality standards. * Perform part/mold insertion/removal operations on machines according to your area of operation, utilizing and operating equipment as needed, following predetermined operational procedures and/or instructions provided by supervisors or designated personnel. * Assist in assembling and/or deburring mold/part bundles and channel breaking, using required tools and equipment in accordance with established standards. * Maintain equipment under your responsibility and keep the work environment clean and organized. * Comply with applicable occupational health and safety procedures to safeguard your own physical integrity and that of other employees, adhering to established standards and internal methodologies to achieve business sustainability goals. * Participate in continuous improvement programs. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed elementary education; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistanceDental assistanceGym allowanceDaycare allowanceInternal benefitsFood basketProfit sharingPrivate pensionOn-site mealLife insuranceTransportation **About the Company** ------------------- **About Stellantis** Stellantis is one of the world’s leading automakers and mobility providers, present on all continents, with manufacturing plants in 30 countries and operations in 150 commercial markets.
