With a broad perspective and deep subject-matter expertise, the employee will operate autonomously, leading projects with direct accountability for defined objectives, ensuring execution of strategies and results aligned with organizational goals. **Requirements and Competencies:** Corporate tools, preferably Microsoft Teams; Sales techniques (negotiation, selling, relationship management, customer service); Knowledge of Insurance: Property, Liability, Transportation, Fleet, and Guarantee insurance; **Desirable:** Completed undergraduate degree. **Skills:** * Teamwork; * Ambition and determination; * Humility; * Discipline; * Passion and enthusiasm. **Responsibilities:** Define proposal presentation strategies for Clients A and B together with leadership; Receive and respond to client inquiries regarding policies and coverage; Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services; Assist clients in selecting plans suitable for their needs; Develop customized insurance proposals for clients; Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills; Close business deals and pursue new cross-selling opportunities while presenting REP’s service structure; Record all client negotiation details in the CRM; Conduct in-depth research on potential clients; Use diverse sources—such as social media, industry news, and financial reports—to obtain detailed insights; Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions; Share insights with the team to continuously improve sales strategy effectiveness.
