Description
We are seeking an Aggregation-Focused Contracting Analyst:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Acquire, contract, and manage aggregated and third-party drivers to ensure operational support;
* Ensure vehicle availability, service quality, and on-time delivery;
* Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and register drivers and vehicles in accordance with internal policies;
* Monitor documentation, operational compliance, partner performance, and costs;
* Support vehicle scaling and the development of an active aggregated driver portfolio;
* Negotiate freight rates and interface with Operations, Commercial, and Finance departments.
* Strategically contribute to partially replacing the company-owned fleet with aggregated vehicles, aiming to reduce costs, increase productivity, and maintain service levels.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in acquiring, contracting, and managing aggregated and third-party drivers in road cargo transportation;
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Knowledge of freight negotiation, document analysis, aggregated driver registration, and fleet availability;
* Preferred experience with less-than-truckload (LTL) cargo, full truckload (FTL), routes in Minas Gerais, partner management, and vehicle contracting routines.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
