**Job Description**
Provide comprehensive support to the unit across all Manufacturing Engineering processes, including analysis and interpretation of technical drawings;
Implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions in the process; identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes;
Conduct root cause analysis of non-conforming situations;
Develop and review production-supporting documents; perform chronometric analysis;
Organize and maintain robot programming revisions/backups; assist production, maintenance, and quality departments in resolving production process issues;
Evaluate productive capacity and propose improvements;
Define and develop factory layouts for optimal machine and equipment placement;
Participate in and support FMEA meetings;
Develop, control, and organize PPAP/VDA engineering documentation.
Perform critical analysis of new products and processes, considering project requirements (specifications, timelines, and costs);
Monitor and develop prototypes; support the development of new processes and products.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred;
Experience in tooling and machinery projects for MIG/MAG welding, laser welding, projection welding, and riveting processes;
Prior experience in automotive-sector companies;
Experience in developing new projects;
Advanced English proficiency.
