Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for ensuring the full functionality of Information and Communication Digital Technologies (ICDT) and school systems, delivering technical support and promoting technological innovation within the educational environment. Contribute to educational excellence and technology integration Ensure the full functionality of Information and Communication Digital Technologies (ICDT) and school management systems, delivering high-quality technical support to the entire school community. Proactively manage maintenance, security, and technological innovation to support educational excellence and integrate technologies into the teaching\-learning process. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and digital platforms. * Administer and monitor networks, servers, and academic systems. * Ensure the security and integrity of institutional information. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Support the pedagogical team in using educational technologies. * Manage equipment inventory and software licenses. * Document technical procedures and processes. * Participate in internal and external continuous training programs.
