Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst for on-site work in Belo Horizonte/MG, focused on server, network, and virtualization administration, support, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Windows and Linux server administration and support 2. Active Directory, DNS, and access control management 3. Virtual machine (VMware/Proxmox) creation and management We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst for on-site work in Belo Horizonte/MG. **Main Responsibilities** Windows and Linux server administration and support; Active Directory, DNS, and access control management; Network and firewall configuration and maintenance; Virtual machine (VMware/Proxmox) creation and management; Execution and monitoring of backup and recovery routines (Bacula/Veeam); Environment monitoring using Zabbix/Nagios; End-user technical support and assistance for cloud environments (Azure/AWS); Support ensuring IT environment availability, security, and performance. **Technologies Used** VMware vSphere/ESXi, Proxmox VE, Windows Server, Linux, PFsense, MongoDB, SQL Server, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat. **Requirements** Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree in Networking, Computer Science, or related fields; Prior experience with infrastructure, networking, and virtualization; Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and monitoring tools. **Preferred Qualifications** Production experience with virtualized environments; Knowledge of information security and best practices; Experience with technical documentation and network troubleshooting; Familiarity with LGPD as applied to infrastructure. **Desired Profile** Organized and detail-oriented; Analytical and proactive mindset; Strong communication skills for internal support. **Additional Information** On-site work \- Belo Horizonte/MG Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Work Location** Rua Tenente Brito Melo, Barro Preto, 1215, Belo Horizonte \- Minas Gerais, 30180\-074, Brazil Employment Type: Full-time CLT or Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
