Senior Controller Analyst

Job Summary: Professional to work on production cost control and calculation, monthly accounting closing, variance and margin analysis, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in costs and complex cost centers 2. Support in monthly accounting closing and budget analysis 3. Strong preference for experience with TOTVS ERP **Responsibilities** * Control and calculation of direct and indirect production costs; * Ensure data integrity in cost centers; * Support monthly accounting closing routines, ensuring correct classification and recording of cost-related information; * Perform reconciliations of cost accounts (raw materials, labor, allocations, and indirect expenses); * Variance and margin analysis; * Perform allocations and define allocation criteria; * Prepare, monitor, and analyze the company's budget, evaluating variances between standard vs. actual costs and budgeted vs. actual results; * Support maintenance and updating of product master data, cost centers, and cost structure in the ERP system; * Prepare spreadsheets and reports for cost and margin monitoring; * Propose improvements to increase efficiency and data quality. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (in progress or completed); * Industrial sector experience preferred; * Solid experience in cost accounting; * Experience with complex cost centers and allocations; * Experience in monthly closing and interface with accounting; * Budgeting and pricing support experience desirable; * TOTVS ERP (strongly preferred); * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory). **Availability to work 100% onsite in Sarzedo** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Free parking * Life insurance Work Location: Onsite
