Job Summary: A professional responsible for financial analysis, cost and industrial process optimization, indicator management, and budget preparation/monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial process optimization and cost reduction 2. Financial and productivity indicator management and analysis 3. Budget preparation and monitoring with a focus on profitability \- Prepare a monthly presentation containing all indicators related to factories and the budget for the Executive Board and managers; \- Monitor the evolution of variable costs by optimizing industrial processes, identifying losses and bottlenecks, and proposing controls to improve processes and reduce costs; \- Be responsible for all area-related indicators regarding management, calculations, validation, and formalization with the Executive Board and Presidency; \- Be responsible for calculating and analyzing operational productivity results of factories, always focusing on identifying financial gain opportunities, productivity improvements, loss points, bottlenecks in processes, and proposing enhancements; \- Be responsible for budget preparation and review. Develop the database, guide departments on guidelines, monitor submissions, prepare consolidated bases, and analyze and critique submissions from managers; \- Present consolidated data for the annual budget and revised budget to management and the Executive Board; \- Conduct monthly budget monitoring, questioning departments about balances and variances relative to the proposed and approved budget, and supporting entity and package managers in developing action plans—with a constant focus on cost reduction and profitability improvement; \- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for expense reduction and/or financial gains.
