Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Project Management is preferred. * Advanced English proficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in the product development team. * Request quotations for modifications or development of new products. * Develop project and product validation test plans and coordinate test execution. * Define standards and product specifications, perform DFMEA, and participate in the preparation/update of PFMEA. * Provide technical support for the product to internal and external customers. * Implement engineering modifications/deviations in the company’s integrated system, prepare the bill of materials, and conduct follow-up. * Support cost-reduction proposal development and implementation activities (CTO). * Coordinate product development and prototype fabrication activities, fostering information synergy among customers (internal and external) and suppliers. * Coordinate the preparation of technical documentation for the product to enable customer system integration.
