Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and detailing mechanical technical drawings, layouts and installation plans, project detailing, supporting engineering, and developing bills of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and detailing of mechanical technical drawings in CAD 2D/3D. 2. Technical support to various teams (engineering, production, quality, maintenance). 3. Participation in product and equipment development. Prepare and detail **mechanical technical drawings** in CAD 2D/3D based on sketches, 3D models, or engineering specifications. Prepare and detail **installation and layout plans** for equipment and systems. Perform **project detailing**, considering calculation records, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications of equipment. Support the engineering team in preparing **descriptive memoranda**, calculation memoranda, and equipment specifications. Develop and update **bills of materials (BOM)**, specifying equipment, materials, and quantities. Interpret and apply **technical standards** (e.g., ABNT, ISO, ASME) related to technical drawing, equipment manufacturing, and installations. Conduct **drawing revision and version control**, maintaining up-to-date technical documentation in the system (PDM/ERP/technical folder). Propose **design improvements** aimed at cost reduction, increased reliability, and ease of assembly/maintenance. Support the **engineering, production, quality, and maintenance** teams in interpreting drawings and resolving technical queries. Participate in **product and equipment development meetings**, contributing drawing solutions and standardization input. Perform **field surveys** (measurements, dimensional inspections, sketches) when necessary, to prepare installation plans and layouts for equipment. Ensure drawings comply with **safety requirements** and internal company and customer standards.
