Job Summary: Ensure production flow quality, guide anomaly and corrective action handling, and guarantee no non-conformance impact on the end customer. Key Highlights: 1. Support manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers in defining actions. Description and Responsibilities **Schedule:** FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Activity:** Others Ensure, when problem complexity exceeds Manufacturing and IVT analysis capacity, implementation of interim and permanent actions to guarantee quality production flow, as well as appropriate resource guidance for defect treatment; Guide handling of internal and external indicator anomalies; Identify failure mode to eradicate the problem; Guarantee no non-conformance impact from Manufacturing, Supplier, or Engineering on the end customer; Support Manufacturing, Engineering, and Suppliers in defining interim actions that ensure adequate-quality production flow; Conduct quality analyses to identify failure mode and/or root cause of problems when their complexity exceeds IVT and Manufacturing analysis capacity; Guide corrective and permanent action handling by the appropriate resource (defect origin); Respond to customer-related issues (QFS and Warranty); Respond to complex issues processed through IVT S, P, A, and B levels identified in SCA. Requirements Completed technical course in fields related to the role; Knowledge of manufacturing process; Product knowledge; Knowledge of problem-solving methodology, metrology, ability to assemble/disassemble vehicle parts, technical drawing interpretation; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Human Resources Management, or Production Process Management; Desirable: Intermediate English.
