




Program, set up, and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to bend metal sheets or other materials according to technical specifications and engineering drawings. · Operate CNC production machines (e.g., press brakes); perform bending operations on products manufactured in the production area; · Verify cutting and bending programs against drawings and other reference files; · Interpret technical drawings; program the CNC machine based on project specifications; select appropriate tooling; and adjust machine parameters. · Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines; · Initiate and monitor the bending process, ensuring proper machine operation and production of parts within specified tolerances. · Inspect produced parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, tape measures, squares, and protractors to ensure compliance with quality standards. · Conduct trial runs to verify whether machines produce results conforming to specifications; · Verify dimensions, quantities, and quality of produced parts; · Supervise machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results; · Mark out parts and perform finishing operations, when required; · Maintain and organize tools and work-related documents; · Clean and organize the workplace, maintaining order throughout the workday and leaving it organized for the next shift. · Perform routines defined in SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); · Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; Complete production reporting records.
