KPI monitoring and process optimization ERG Engenharia is seeking a professional to work as a **Controller Analyst** in Belo Horizonte/MG: **Main Responsibilities:** · Conduct financial and operational analysis of contracts; · Monitor progress measurements, validating completed services and invoiced amounts; · Compare forecasted vs. actual results, identifying financial variances and proposing corrective actions jointly with contract managers; · Prepare contract-level managerial income statements, analyzing margins, revenues, and costs; · Prepare managerial reports, dashboards, and critical analyses to support decision-making; · Administer and maintain up-to-date registrations with CREA; · Support the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts; · Monitor financial and operational KPIs related to contracts; · Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations; · Contribute to the continuous improvement of controller functions by proposing automation and optimization of routines. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; · Prior experience in controller functions, contract analysis, or finance-related areas; · Knowledge of preparing contract-level managerial income statements and forecasted vs. actual analysis; · Experience with contract progress measurements and invoice validation; · Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI.
