Focus on employee health, well-being, and quality of life **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Operate company vehicles during field activities, holding a valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). * Respond to emergency, corrective, and preventive service calls in buildings across Belo Horizonte and its Metropolitan Region, meeting the SLAs established by the Company. * Support other external network areas (Fiber and HFC), working synergistically with the MDU team in Belo Horizonte and its Metropolitan Region. * Execute defined processes to deliver results and achieve company goals, following technical onboarding and training for these activities. * Comply with NR10 and NR35 safety regulations, correctly using PPEs and collective protective equipment provided by the Company, as trained. * Ensure proper use of consumables supplied by the Company, essential for executing field activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
