




Job Summary: Develop comprehensive executive fire prevention and suppression projects, perform equipment sizing, and oversee project approvals with relevant authorities. Key Highlights: 1. Development of comprehensive executive fire prevention and suppression projects. 2. Sizing and specification of equipment in accordance with applicable standards. 3. Collaboration with engineering teams for project integration. * Develop comprehensive executive fire prevention and suppression projects, including hydrant systems, sprinklers, detection and alarm systems, emergency lighting and signage, among others. * Perform sizing and specification of equipment and materials in accordance with regulatory requirements and project specifications. * Prepare detailed technical drawings (layouts, sections, construction details, isometric diagrams) using software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit. * Prepare documentation required for project approval by the Fire Department and other competent authorities, including issuance of Technical Responsibility Annotation (ART). * Conduct site visits and field surveys to collect data and verify existing conditions. * Monitor the project approval process, implementing adjustments and corrections requested by regulatory authorities. * Collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to ensure integration and compatibility of fire suppression projects with other construction disciplines.
