Growth opportunity within an expanding group **Position: Senior Sales Representative – Metal Structures \| KMI Group** KMI Group is looking for a high-energy, results-driven **Senior Sales Representative** to strengthen our presence in the **metal structures** and **industrial solutions** markets. If you are dynamic, thrive on challenges, and want to join a rapidly growing group, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Opening and developing **new markets**; * Active **prospecting** and qualification of customers; * **Commercial visits** and customer relationship management; * **Portfolio management** and account follow-up; * Preparation of **commercial proposals** and **sales negotiations**; * **Order follow-up** and tracking through to delivery; * **Opportunity registration and management in HubSpot CRM**; * Support in **sales strategies** and **commercial social media posts**; * **Order entry** into the system and performance tracking. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (**a college degree is preferred**); * Proven experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in the **structures** segment; * Familiarity with **CRM (HubSpot)** and **WhatsApp-based sales**; * Strong **communication skills** and **negotiation ability**; * **Proactivity, agility, and energy** in daily operations; * Willingness to **travel**; * Preferred: coursework or degree in **Sales, Business Development, or Administration**. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base salary:** R$ 2.500,00 * **Fuel allowance:** R$ 400,00 * **Meal voucher:** R$ 400,00 * **Average commissions:** up to **R$ 8.000,00** per month (variable based on performance) **Location:** Contagem/MG **Willingness to travel** If you are driven by results, have passion in your eyes, and wish to grow alongside an expanding company, send us your resume and join the **KMI Group!** Employment type: CLT (permanent contract) Salary range: R$4.000,00 \- R$11.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Meal voucher
