The Vetta Team understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration in delivering results that reach across the globe — while simultaneously **transforming each individual’s career.** **If you want to share your perspective toward a more sustainable world, join the Vetta Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this team, you will have the opportunity to:** * Drive the evolution of the organization’s cybersecurity posture by providing technical support for implementing and continuously improving security controls in Cloud and On-Premises environments; * Play a strategic role in reducing cyber risks, reinforcing technical controls, and advancing security maturity; * Implement and evolve corporate security controls aligned with CIS Controls v8 and industry best practices; * Serve as the technical authority for defining and maintaining the organization’s security baseline (hardening, endpoint protection, access controls, and encryption); * Manage the full Vulnerability Management lifecycle, including identification, risk-based prioritization, and remediation tracking; * Administer and optimize Endpoint Security / EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, Defender, Trend Micro, or equivalents); * Implement and maintain system hardening based on CIS Benchmarks (Windows, Linux, and Cloud); * Manage and evolve Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions, including CASB, SWG, ZTNA, and DLP, with experience in platforms such as Netskope or equivalents; * Support perimeter and application protection using WAF, firewalls, and access controls; * Manage cryptographic processes and digital certificates; * Support incident response and security event investigations; * Produce technical and executive reports on security posture, risks, and control evolution; * Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to promote the adoption of sound security practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **This position is exclusively for professionals located in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte - MG.** **What we expect from you for this role:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or Systems Analysis and Development; * EDR / Endpoint Security (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro, or similar); * Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or equivalents); * Cloud Security (AWS, GCP, Azure); * Security Service Edge (SSE) (Netskope, Zscaler, or similar); * CIS Controls v8 and CIS Benchmarks; * Cryptography and digital certificate management; * Web Application Firewall (WAF) (Akamai, AWS, F5, or similar); * Patch management and vulnerability management; * Technical cybersecurity risk assessment and prioritization; * Advanced English proficiency, with ability to coordinate and participate in meetings with global teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Information security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSK, AZ-500, or similar); * Experience in highly complex, multinational corporate environments; * Experience evolving security maturity programs. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** **As a people-first company, we strive to always value our team.
