This position focuses on defining and ensuring functional safety requirements for vehicle propulsion systems, working in accordance with ISO 26262:2018 standards and internal Stellantis procedures. The individual will be responsible for supporting the development, validation, and evaluation of safety strategies, collaborating with various technical areas and suppliers. Main activities: * Create and maintain the functional safety (FuSa) plan for components under development; * Develop, review, and maintain impact analysis during component definition; * Perform functional analysis and assessment of previously identified risks (HARA / ASIL decomposition); * Develop technical functional safety requirements, including maintenance of TSCs; * Support allocation of technical safety requirements to hardware and software; * Contribute to system architecture and interface agreements with suppliers; * Participate in system safety analysis (deliverables such as FTA, FMEA, DFA); * Plan and execute functional safety verification and validation activities. **Requirements** ---------------- We expect you to have: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of automotive functional safety according to ISO 26262:2018; * Familiarity with tools such as IBM Doors, Dassault ENOVIA, and Ansys Medini Analyze; * Experience with automotive diagnostic management; * Knowledge in development and calibration of propulsion control systems.
