### **Industrial Estimator \- Foundry Department** The professional will be responsible for preparing technical budgets for products and casting processes, ensuring cost accuracy and compliance with technical standards and customer requirements. They will work closely with departments such as engineering, procurement, production, and sales, contributing to the efficiency and standardization of industrial processes. Experience in the foundry or automotive sector is essential, along with proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare technical estimates for new products and services. * Assist in the development of casting-related processes and products. * Monitor scrap rate indices and participate in analysis teams focused on reducing non-conformities. * Ensure the reliability of product and service information within the system. * Review process sheets and other technical documentation. * Identify opportunities for process and cost improvements. * Read and interpret technical drawings. * Consolidate information from different departments (engineering, procurement, production, sales). ### **Requirements** * Technical degree in related fields (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, Chemistry, or Production Engineering); * Experience in industrial budgeting and casting processes or the automotive industry; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of production processes and cost calculations; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (intensive spreadsheet use); * Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Desired: Intermediate English for technical reading; * Desired: CAD software experience and familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF). ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 07:42 to 17:30 (1-hour lunch break) ### **Salary** R$ 4\.259,45 ### **Benefits** * Food basket * Transportation allowance * Health and dental plan * Profit sharing (PLR) * Partnerships with gyms, educational institutions, stationery stores, pharmacies, and SESI club ### **Notes** Employment type: **CLT** \| Work mode: **On-site** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Dental care * transportation allowance * Medical insurance * Profit participation * Basic food basket
