Learn more about this opportunity below and accelerate your career at a company that never stops growing! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement and test prompt engineering, RAG, and model integration strategies in prototype and production environments. * Build and evolve LLM-based AI agents for automated customer service in chatbots. * Develop, train, and evaluate text classification models for intent recognition and other NLP use cases. * Create data pipelines for preparation, cleaning, balancing, and enrichment of textual datasets. * Define and monitor performance metrics, conducting statistical analyses for continuous model improvement. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to transform business needs into applied AI solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. * Python programming and use of libraries such as Pandas, Scikit\-learn, Transformers, and visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly). * Knowledge of applied statistics and exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, classification metrics, and model validation. * Experience training and evaluating classical classification models (logistic regression, tree-based models, etc.). * Knowledge of NLP, with focus on BERT and semantic representation techniques such as embeddings. * Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and RAG architectures in customer service chatbots. * Practical experience applying AI to products and automating conversational workflows. **Additional Information** AND YOU GET: * Flexible Benefit (you decide how to use it according to your needs: culture, transportation apps, subscriptions, gym, meals, etc.); * Unimed Unipart Health Plan; * Career Development Path; * Hybrid Work Model; * Birthday Day Off; * Short Friday; A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * For over 20 years, every single day, we at Mundiale begin our workday thinking about how we can positively impact someone’s experience.
