Job Summary: Responsible for controlling vehicle flow, monitoring yard security, organizing spaces, and ensuring proper documentation and communication with other departments. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle flow control and guidance in the yard 2. Monitoring yard security and organization 3. Verification of documentation and interdepartmental communication Main Responsibilities: * **Flow Control:** Control and guide the entry and exit of vehicles (trucks, cars, etc.) in the yard. * **Security:** Monitor yard activities to prevent theft, unauthorized personnel entry, or other irregularities. * **Organization:** Direct vehicles to specific locations such as loading docks, parking areas, or holding zones to optimize space utilization. * **Document Verification:** Verify cargo and driver documentation to authorize release or loading/unloading. * **Communication:** Communicate\-with other departments, such as security or maintenance, regarding anomalies or issues. * **Scheduling and Control:** Support vehicle scheduling to ensure continuous flow and avoid congestion. * **Reporting and Recordkeeping:** Complete forms and reports with information on yard activities.
