




Job Summary: Perform real-time preventive vehicle monitoring and provide support in risk management and drivers' work schedule management. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting work schedule management and speed control **Job Purpose** Perform preventive monitoring of all vehicles equipped with tracking devices that are under Transmartins' service, including fleet, affiliated, or spot vehicles. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school. **Competencies and Skills:** Intermediate computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Competencies** Previous experience in a transportation company or in this role. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Monitor vehicles in real time using specific systems. 2\. Answer calls and read emails regarding incidents generated by GR (Risk Management). 3\. Appropriately handle GR-related incidents. 4\. Notify GR or the originating unit's responsible person upon detecting abnormalities during trips. 5\. Ensure operational departments comply with the PGR (Risk Management Plan). 6\. Contact competent authorities in case of accidents, within the timeframe defined by current legislation. 7\. Support verification and control of ETM fleet drivers' work schedules. 8\. Assist in controlling ETM fleet vehicle speeds. 9\. Provide support for registering drivers and vehicles in the Benner system and GR platforms. 10\. Offer support in searching for and consulting affiliated carriers in GR. 11\.
