Safeguard the security and preservation of equipment **JOB: GROUNDSKEEPER** **Work Location:** Betim – MG **Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday) Working Hours: – **7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Day Shift)** **Work Mode:** On-site **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a committed professional to work as a **Groundskeeper**, responsible for the **maintenance, cleaning, and preservation of the outdoor areas of a logistics condominium**. This professional will play an important role in the **organization, preservation, and aesthetic appearance of the environment**, ensuring that green areas, courtyards, and outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. **Main Responsibilities** Perform **weeding and mowing of outdoor areas** of the logistics condominium Maintain and clean **green areas, gardens, and flowerbeds** Remove **weeds, invasive plants, and excessive vegetation** Assist in **cleaning courtyards, sidewalks, and outdoor areas** Collect **leaves, branches, and plant debris** Assist in **organizing and preserving the outdoor areas of the condominium** Properly use **gardening tools and equipment** Safeguard the **security and preservation of used equipment** **Requirements** ✔ Completed elementary education ✔ Experience in **weeding, mowing, or green area maintenance** ✔ Good physical fitness for outdoor activities ✔ Organizational skills and responsibility at work ✔ Commitment to schedules and maintenance routines **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** R$ 1.862,63 **Meal Allowance:** R$ 31.34 per working day **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 200.00 **Transportation Allowance** or **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 250.00 **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in **green area maintenance at companies or condominiums** Basic knowledge of **gardening and outdoor area preservation** Payment: R$1.862,63 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
