Job Summary: A professional to perform welding of metal parts and components, interpret technical drawings, and ensure work quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in welding at construction sites or metallurgical industries **WE EXPECT YOU TO:** * Perform welding of metal parts and components according to project specifications, standards, and technical procedures, using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure work quality and safety; * Interpret technical drawings and schematics, performing precise measurements and adjustments in accordance with established specifications; * Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning and preparing\-them for welding, using appropriate manual and electric tools; * Perform welding on various types of metals and in different positions, ensuring the strength and durability of welded joints; * Operate welding and cutting equipment, maintaining compliance with safety standards and operational procedures; * Inspect weld quality, identifying potential defects and making necessary adjustments to ensure structural integrity. **AND YOU ONLY NEED TO HAVE:** * **AVAILABILITY TO WORK THE SECOND SHIFT (3:38 PM TO 1:00 AM\).** * Knowledge of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), and other welding types; * Prior experience in welding activities at construction sites or metallurgical industries; * Welding certification (desirable); * Completed elementary education. **OUR BENEFITS:** * On\-site company restaurant with no deduction; * Attendance bonus: BRL 180.00 (with possibility to increase to BRL 295.00 if you choose to join the union, paying BRL 15.90/month); * Health insurance: Hap Vida; * Chartered transportation or fuel allowance; * Pharmacy card: Excard worth BRL 300.00 (deducted from payroll upon use); * Life insurance; * Benefits club: Salary Fits; * Other benefits including partnerships with universities and technical schools; * Partnership with Sesi Club; * Gym benefit: Total Pass.
