**Responsibilities and Duties**
As an **Occupational Safety Technician**, you will:
* Promote worker health and protect worker integrity at the workplace while complying with applicable legislation;
* Guide employees on safety regulations and workplace hazards, as well as on measures to eliminate or mitigate such hazards;
* Implement occupational accident prevention programs with employee participation, monitoring and evaluating their outcomes;
* Investigate and analyze occupational accidents occurring within the company;
* Specify, recommend, request, and inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), and Fire-Fighting Equipment;
* Conduct scheduled and unscheduled safety inspections at all locations where TSA provides services;
* Monitor field activities;
* Promote and deliver training on workplace safety and quality of life;
* Refer employees for medical examinations and manage related records;
* Develop and monitor the Risk Management Plan (PGR), monitor the Occupational Health Program (PCMSO) and the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA);
* Manage employee mobilization and demobilization at client sites.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Required Education:
* Technical course in occupational safety.
Desirable Requirements:
* Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;
* Proficiency in relevant standards;
* Knowledge of basic first aid, fire extinguisher inspection, and PPE inspection;
* Strong computer skills;
* Communication skills;
* Interpersonal relationship skills;
* Teamwork ability;
* Driver’s license category B.
