Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring the customer portfolio, identifying inactive customers, and supporting the sales team in re-establishing relationships and fostering customer loyalty. Support in organizing and updating customer portfolios **Position: Portfolio Analyst** **Location: Avenida Raja Gabaglia, 2222 – Estoril Neighborhood, Belo Horizonte/MG** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours** **Salary: R$ 2.500,00** **Benefits: In-house meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack), medical and dental insurance, fuel allowance, partnerships with universities and fitness center chains.** **Description:** The professional will be responsible for monitoring the customer portfolio, identifying inactive customers, and supporting the sales team in re-establishing relationships and fostering customer loyalty. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Monitor the system to identify customers who have not made purchases for several months; \* Alert sales representatives about inactive customers and track follow-up contact; \* Reassign customers to other sales representatives if follow-up is not performed; \* Support the team in organizing and updating customer portfolios; \* Generate reports and monitor repurchase indicators; \* Perform administrative duties in close coordination with the sales team. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** \* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \* Resilient and collaborative mindset; \* Proficiency with technology and management systems; \* Organized, focused, and capable of self-management; \* Ability to work with experienced teams and sales representatives of diverse profiles; \* Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus); \* Prior experience in similar routines.
