




Job Summary: A Data and Registration Audit Analyst focused on the integrity, reliability, and standardization of databases and system configurations. Key Highlights: 1. Identify inconsistencies that may cause losses. **Job Mission** Ensure the integrity, reliability, and standardization of databases acquired by the association by conducting comprehensive audits of information prior to system import, as well as ensuring correct structuring of tables, products, and configurations within the SGA and other Hinova solutions. We are seeking a Data and Registration Audit Analyst with strong analytical skills and proficiency in the SGA/Hinova system to perform audits on new databases, guaranteeing data integrity before, during, and after mergers. **Main Responsibilities** * Audit received databases prior to system import; * Validate, cleanse, and standardize registration data; * Verify contracts, plans, products, amounts, validity periods, and rules; * Register pricing tables, products, plans, and parameters in the SGA; * Ensure system configurations accurately reflect the association’s operational rules; * Support the systemic structuring of new products; * Identify inconsistencies that may lead to operational, financial, or legal losses; * Collaborate with Registration, Finance, Collections, and Relationship departments; * Develop standards and checklists for future database acquisitions. **Mandatory Technical Profile** * Experience with Hinova Solutions (especially SGA — Association Management System); * Hands-on experience with systematic registration of products, plans, and tables; * Experience auditing databases (Intermediate/Advanced Excel); * Highly analytical and detail-oriented profile; * Ability to cross-reference information and identify discrepancies; * Organizational skills and process-oriented mindset; * Proficiency with systems and configurations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in vehicle protection associations; * Prior involvement in database cleansing and audit processes; * Knowledge of plan structures, allocation, monthly fees, and contractual rules (Actuarial).
