Job Summary: Maintenance Coordinator responsible for managing maintenance teams, selecting materials, ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards, and also overseeing Facilities operations. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and management of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Maintenance teams. 2. Responsibility for hiring, training, and continuous improvement of teams. 3. Facilities management and occupational safety. A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Management of teams in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Maintenance areas, including responsibility for hiring new members, providing sector-specific training and continuous improvement, and conducting terminations when necessary. Selection of materials for projects under Maintenance’s responsibility. Ensuring team compliance with technical Occupational Safety standards and that personnel are adequately trained to perform assigned tasks. Responsibility for the Facilities area. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Team Leader, or Maintenance Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
