Job Summary: Responsible for supporting procurement officers, tracking purchase orders, updating spreadsheets, and interfacing with internal departments and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement flow. Focus on connecting people and transforming realities within the airport sector **MISSION:** Responsible for supporting procurement officers, tracking issued purchase orders together with suppliers, updating the purchase order spreadsheet, interfacing with requesting departments regarding fulfillment of purchase requests/purchase orders, as well as facilitating communication between Finance/Accounts Payable and suppliers. **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Trade. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward; * Basic course in administrative routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Prior knowledge in procurement / negotiation techniques; * Advanced Excel skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Tracking purchase orders (delivery, freight); Providing support in completing the procurement spreadsheet with delivery/fulfillment status of issued orders upon request from requisitioners; * Acting as liaison between suppliers and Finance/Accounts Payable concerning invoice payments; * Supporting freight-related matters (e.g., CTe/freight invoice billing, tracking entries for payment). **Why Join Us?** Our purpose is: CONNECT TO TRANSFORM But what does "Connect to Transform" mean?
