We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist — the foremost expert in your field. **Key Responsibilities** You will be responsible for managing consolidated client portfolios within the Select universe, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory focused on profitability, relationship management, and retention. * Deliver consultative service, alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; * Conduct personalized financial planning, advising clients on portfolio options; * Develop upgrade opportunities to Select Ultra High; * Identify upgrade and performance growth opportunities. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and financial recommendation skills; * Negotiation and active listening skills; * Close portfolio management engagement; * Ability to build long-term relationships; * Investment acumen. **Education/Certifications** * CPA 20 (mandatory); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
