The professional will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair services for telecommunications systems, including internet and telephony. The role involves customer interaction and execution of technical tasks on-site, ensuring service quality and timeliness. **Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment (modems, routers, set\-top boxes, etc.). * Conduct tests to ensure service quality. * Identify and resolve technical issues when necessary. * Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulations. * Guide customers on equipment and service usage. * Accurately complete reports and record field information.
