Position: **Production Coordinator** Location: Ribeirão Pires – SP Employment Type: CLT / On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday – business hours Department: Industrial Production **Job Mission** Coordinate all factory production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and achievement of targets in accordance with Artesano's standards and values: proactivity, boldness, quality, reference, and excellence. **Main Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production processes, ensuring established targets are met. Supervise team leaders and operators, maintaining productive pace and product quality. Ensure proper use of raw materials, molds, and equipment, avoiding waste. Monitor productivity indicators, losses, absenteeism, and rework. Collaborate with production planning (PCP) and shipping to ensure continuous manufacturing and delivery flow. Supervise compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE across all areas. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment. Conduct training and promote the development of the production team. Implement and maintain quality control, organization, and factory discipline procedures. **Requirements** Previous experience in industrial production coordination. Technical or higher education in Industrial Production, Production Engineering, or related fields. Leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of PCP, inventory control, and maintenance. Strong communication, organization, and decision-making abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of concrete processes, cement products, and coating production. Experience in construction materials, flooring, precast, or similar industries. Experience in companies with a continuous improvement culture and high-quality standards.
