Job Summary: Loading shovel operator responsible for material handling, daily inspections, workplace maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on operational safety and organization #### **Responsibilities** * Operate loading shovel to handle materials such as soil, sand, gravel, ore, and other supplies. * Conduct daily inspections of the machine, checking fluid levels, tires, hydraulic and electrical systems, and reporting any anomalies. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace to ensure the safety of all personnel involved. * Strictly adhere to occupational safety regulations and company-standard operating procedures. * Perform loading and unloading of trucks and other transport vehicles. * Carry out minor repairs and adjustments on the machine when necessary and authorized, using basic tools. * Complete daily operation reports, recording working hours, materials handled, and any incidents. #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating loading shovels of various capacities. * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category C, D, or E. * Certified loading shovel operator training course recognized by relevant authorities. * Solid knowledge of basic heavy machinery mechanics for problem identification. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting the machine’s instrument panel. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends, if required. #### **Skills** * Loading Shovel Operation * Basic Mechanics * Operational Safety * Instrument Reading * Preventive Maintenance * Cargo Handling * Effective Communication ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
